Refund policy

All sales are FINAL. We offer the 3 days to contact us if there was damage during shipping and that is the only exception to this rule. This is a specialty item that is custom made. Worship Flags are very personal and once they have been sold they can not be resold. If your flags were damaged during the shipping process you have 3 days to contact us so that we can file a claim with the shipper and you must provide photos and proof.
